Kids Play Castle

When the kids were small, I wanted to build a play castle for them. I got an idea to build it inside the house instead of outside both because the play room lent itself to it, and because it is so hot in the summer outside in Houston that this way they could use it all year round.

I started with my favourite editing program - MS Paint ! Sadly I have lost the plans I made, but here is a photo of the finished project. On the left is a tower with staggered steps so the kids could climb up without any danger of a long fall, and on the right is a fold up ladder for them to use when supervised.
